Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Shree Shyam Jewelry, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below.

Returns

Return requests may be accepted for eligible products in cases such as:

• Product received damaged

• Incorrect product received

• Product received with a manufacturing defect

The customer should contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the order details along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page are also not eligible for return unless required under applicable law.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund.

If approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Exchange

Where applicable, an eligible product may be exchanged instead of refunded, subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect product, damaged product, or manufacturing defect attributable to Shree Shyam Jewelry, return shipping arrangements may be provided as applicable.

For other return requests, shipping charges may be non-refundable.
